Welcome to the home of DJ Baby Ant (Midnight Beat Productions). I would like to say welcome to everyone and especially to all the UNIVERSAL HOUSE ADDICTS out there!

I am a NYC, USA based disk jockey with 20+ years of spinning experience. Started out back in the days as a hip hop DJ in the late 80's. A few years later my older sibling turned me onto some Larry Levan Garage House and I've been hooked ever since. Since then I've gone through the Reggae, Soulful House, Freestyle, and Latin House crazes. Currently, my focus is on the Hard, Progressive, Tribal house genre.

I usually release monthly mixes featuring some of the latest and hottest NYC Underground House around. I also do occasional live Web Casts so be sure to check back often and check my "Announcements" page.

Besides work, music, and the other pre-occupations in life, there is the Familia...I'm married and have a lovely intelligent daughter that is a hand full and keeps me on my toes...

The wife has been putting up with my crap for years and I'm grateful that she has been very supportive and never held me back from my aspirations. She has seen me hustle for gigs and invest on equipment, spend hours practicing, making CD's and has been by my side since the beginning. She always pushed me to keep up with the music and I guess it's because she knew that music was in my blood and that I was eager to progress as an established DJ.
